How can I order from the Sublime Images store?

This web site does not have a shopping cart nor do we list our wholesale prices. You can telephone us with your order, fax the order or send it by email or snail-mail; for our contact information, click on the Contact Us button. You can telephone your order during office hours 9am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday 519-686-3715 or Fax 24 hours a day 519-649-2710.

If you are a prospective customer we will email you our Price List and Company Policies.

How do I make my payment?

When appropriate you can pay by cheque (30 Days Net) or use your credit card (payable at order confirmation time) to pay via Paypal by clicking on the PayPal button located on our Home Page or at the bottom of this page.. Note that you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to make a payment.

What is Paypal?

PayPal, owned by eBay, is a global online payment system. PayPal is a convenient, easy-to-use, and secure way for individuals and businesses to send and receive money online for goods, services, charitable donations, and so forth. We at Sublime Images will never see your credit card details, we are simply informed by Paypal that a payment has been made, which in turn will "trigger" our shipping process.

How much is Shipping?

Your Order Confirmation (email) will state the approximate shipping charges for delivery within 5-7 business days within the USA and Canada. A package with multiple items will be proportionally cheaper; we do not charge any extra than our preferred courier rates.

How about delivery and returns?

Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. If there are any delays we will always notify you. If you are not fully satisfied with your goods, then simply contact us to discuss the matter. We take pride in and guarantee our work.
